Our monel knitted wire mesh in the standard specifications, opening
sizes range from 1 mm x 1 mm to 6 mm x 6 mm, while wire diameters
range from 0.10 mm to 0.28 mm, and the manufactured width is up to
600 mm, although more typically 20 mm to 100 mm. The standard wire
material are Monel 400.
Monel 400 is an extremely combination property nickel alloy
contains approximately 67% nickel, 28% copper and 5% others, in the
hydrofluoric acid and fluoride gas medium with excellent corrosion
resistance, it is more resistant to oxidation than higher copper
alloys and more resistant to reducing conditions than nickel.
